Tender Management
1. Working with internal and external stakeholders to compilation of all necessary information for tenders, monthly reports and presentation.
2. Review, Consolidate, and submission of an optimum tender program which can meet the client’s requirements/provision of a workable and cost effective Baseline/Master Program.
3. Working with stakeholders to develop and control of Project Work Schedule.
Project Management
1. Work with stakeholders to develop and to control the project timeline to meet customer requirements.
2. Work with stakeholders to submit necessary documents to the customers and gather the approval.
3. Hold the regular/weekly meetings with the customer and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to complete meeting action items, or in another word, to make the project rolling.
4. Submit the regular/weekly report to the customer upon request.
5. Join regular overseas meetings in English and coordinate related actions, based on meeting minutes, to get results.
6. Be involved in the project execution and once needed, escalate to higher management to get attention.
7. Customer order management: Verify the customer POs comply with the tender/quote documents; Issue the invoices to the customers and gather the payments on time.
8. Once needed, manage the Strategic High Technology Commodities application, including managing the stakeholders.
9. ERP system: Customer order key in and shipping related process/document key in.
10. Manage multiple projects at the same time.
11. Generate monthly and quarterly revenue forecast reports.

B. Certificate or Qualification
1. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint)
2. Fluent English communication
